What should I do if my package appears to be lost?

A package is considered lost if it exceeds the estimated delivery period or if the tracking information indicates that the package cannot be found.

If your tracking information shows no movement for more than 10 days, please fill out the request form below. This will allow our team to initiate an investigation and collaborate with our logistics department.

If the package is confirmed as lost, you as the customer have the choice between a refund, reshipment of the ordered items, or another mutually agreed-upon solution. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to process lost item inquiries quickly and efficiently.
