PREPARE SKIN

Clean your nose thoroughly and dry it well. For the strip to adhere optimally, the skin must be completely oil-free and dry.

POSITIONING

Peel off the protective film. Place the strip in the center of the bridge of your nose, exactly above the curve of your nostrils.

ATTACH & FIX

First, press both ends firmly together. Then gently smooth the strip towards the sides to ensure it stays in place.
