Shipping information & delivery times
Shipping method
We use international express services (such as SF Express or specialized shipping lines) to ship orders from our logistics centers in China/Hong Kong. Our shipping service is based on Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) . This means that we, as the seller, handle both export and import customs clearance, as well as all applicable duties and taxes.
No costs for the customer
You as the customer will not incur any additional customs duties or import taxes . The price you pay is the final price.
Note: In rare cases, local customs authorities may request personal information or documents for clearance.
Shipping costs
All shipping costs already include customs duties and taxes.
Additional fees may apply for remote or special regions, but these will be agreed upon with you before shipping.
Processing and delivery times
- Processing time: 1–3 business days
- Delivery time: Typically 6–12 working days , depending on the destination and customs procedures.
