What is your return policy and how do I return my order?

Returning a product can be easy and stress-free. Whether you've changed your mind, received a damaged item, or encountered another issue, we're here to help with our hassle-free returns process.

  1. Please complete the request form below within 30 days of receiving your package. Provide a brief description of the product you wish to return. If the product is damaged or defective, please attach pictures.

  2. Once your return request is approved, please package your product securely and ship it to the return address provided after approval. It is mandatory to email us the return shipment tracking number to process your refund.

Returned boxes must be unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging unless the item is defective. You are responsible for shipping costs unless the item is defective.

Returns typically reach our warehouse within 14 to 30 days from the shipment date. Refunds will be processed within 7 days after the returned product has been received and inspected by our warehouse team. Refunds may be declined if the product was not defective as claimed, was opened or used prior to return, or does not match the original purchase.
